  1. There’s much more to this than I realized. I thought you would always be with the group. I hope communication is good and help is available if needed. Good luck and have fun!

  3. Great to hear from you! I love “new chapters” and am inspired by how you and Jim embrace them. Looking forward to tales along the trail. 🙂

  4. Good luck Barb. We were spoiled in Slovenia. They provided the routes for the trip on a Ridegps app that was great, as long as the phone battery didn’t poop out. The last day, they lent me a battery charger that kept the phone battery at 100%. Tech is the hardest part but it’s sure easier than paper…when it works .

  5. That’s a lot of work to get everything you need into that bag! Good job. Lists, lists, lists. Regardless of age, it’s the most efficient way to prepare for something epic like this. Past lists, I’m sure, are priceless. I’m so excited that what was once an idea and then a plan is now a reality, and there you are in Australia riding around the country! So amazing, Barb. Stay safe and enjoy. It’s an adventure of a lifetime. Jim is a champ for all the support he gives you. I’m sure he’s having fun with the puppies.
